Casey went in for a home confinement meeting today. She managed to pass a drug test. So she gets to stay at home.
ButCasey Anthony is already screwing up on house confinement. She couldn't make it back to her house from her lawyer's office on time Friday. Orange County spokesman, Allen Moore, said she will be forgiven this one time. They should have snatched her butt up so fast and taken her back to jail. Then they should have laughed in Leonard Padilla's face.
"We won't be doing this again," Moore said of the incident.
And now that Casey has made a fool of him by keeping quiet and not bringing him into her inner circle, Padilla has a new theory. He thinks she left Caylee with friends or her boyfriend's relatives in an effort to re-establish herself and her daughter. Would that be the boyfriend that seemingly wants nothing to do with her crazy butt. If she was doing that don't you think she would have produced the child instead of everyone whispering that she is a murderer. Or the friends would have turned Caylee over so that they don't end up spending time in jail for lying to police.
Padilla thinks that the little girl is safe because her mother is not concerned.
“She’s not concerned,” he told reporters. “You’ve seen her. Her demeanor is that of a parent who knows her child is safe.”
Casey is not concerned because she knows that her daughter probably won't be coming home. And she gets to make her parents suffer as an added bonus. Casey is a selfish, habitual liar. That is why she isn't concerned.
The family spokesman is also saying that Casey is giving her family and lawyer lots of information. If that information would lead to the safe return of Caylee why not turn it over to police. It's not like when she was jail, and the police were releasing tapes from visits before the family was out the jail door.
And police released over 400 pages of interviews with friends and family members. Some of the things that the documents said:
In the documents there is a lot of finger-pointing between Anthony and her parents, George and Cindy Anthony.
In an interview with detectives, Anthony's boyfriend, Tony Lazarro, said she moved in with him because she said her parents were having some sort of huge dispute, and she didn't want Caylee to be in the house while that was happening.
Another friend told detectives that Casey's mother, Cindy, told him not to believe anything Anthony said, calling Anthony a sociopath.
After checking in with her program manager, Casey again sprinted from reporters and questions.
A friend of Anthony's, Ryan Pasley, told investigators he did hear Anthony talk about a nanny, but she never used the name Zenaida. He remembered the babysitter's name being Jenny, Krista or Kristen.
Pasley told investigators he thought Anthony made up the name of her alleged babysitter Zenaida Gonzales, but, based on his long time friendship with Anthony, he said he does not think she is the type of person who would willingly kill her daughter.
Another interview with the 431 pages of evidence was given by Anthony's friend, Kiomarie Cruz.
According to the document, when Anthony found out she was pregnant, she told Cruz she wanted to give the baby up for adoption. Later, Anthony called Cruz back and said her mother, Cindy, convinced her not to give up the child even though "she really didn't want to have the baby."
Cruz also told investigators she was concerned Anthony was capable of giving Caylee up for adoption and not telling anybody -- or worse -- just giving her daughter to someone.
The Anthony's neighbor Brian Burner told detectives Anthony borrowed a shovel. He also noticed her car backed in to the garage during the week of June 16, the last day Caylee was seen.
And Tony Padilla, the bail bondsman, seems to be a normal guy who was just dragged into this by his uncle.
