Farrah From MTVs Teen Moms Beaten By Mother

One of the young mothers from the MTV reality show "Teen Mom" was allegedly choked and then hit by her 54-year-old mom this weekend -- and mom is now facing domestic violence charges.

The Council Bluffs Police Department in Iowa tells TMZ Debra Danielson -- the mother of 18-year-old "Teen Mom" Farrah Abraham -- was arrested at around 1 PM on Saturday for suspicion of domestic abuse/serious assault.

According to cops, Farrah and Debra started arguing over childcare issues when Debra allegedly threw an MTV shirt at her daughter ... which landed "on or near" Farrah's baby, who started crying.

That's when Farrah claims she went off on her mother -- who then grabbed Farrah by the throat. Farrah told cops she pushed her mother's hand away from her throat, causing her mother to strike her on the right side of her head and mouth.

In the report, officers say they observed multiple cuts on the right side of Farrah's lips.

I would be angry if my mother threw something and it hit my baby. But this probably wouldn't have happened if Debra had put her foot down over the childcare issues a long time ago. She lets Farrah walk all over her. They just should have stopped babysitting while Farrah went out. She would have learned to stay at home. Farrah thinks she is entitled to everything her parents do for her. Yes, her mother has anger issues, remember when she slapped her upside her head in the car, but I'm surprised this didn't happen a long time ago. I wonder what Farrah will do without her parents' money.

Little Boy Floats Way In Experimental Aircraft

Falcon has been found alive and well at home. He was hiding in a box in the garage.



A sheriff's deputy is saying that he saw something fall from the balloon.


He wasn't in the balloon. Where is little Falcon? Hopefully, the little brother was wrong, and Falcon just wandered away. But it isn't looking good. And the family once was on the reality show, Wife Swap. I hate to sound like a bitch, but if the boy wasn't in the balloon could this be a hoax on the parents' part.

He's on the ground. It was a gentle landing. The fire department is shoveling dirt to make sure it doesn't fly away, and tying it down.
The Associated Press is reporting that the boy, Falcon may have fallen out of the balloon. Why were his parents building something that looks like an UFO? Oh, the sheriff said that the family never intended it to carry anyone, it was just a family project.


Authorities were scouring the skies Thursday for a 6-year-old boy who unhooked his family's experimental balloon-powered aircraft and floated away from home, sheriff's officials said.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Department said the boy's family had been building an experimental aircraft that had a large helium balloon attached to it at their home, KUSA-TV reported. The aircraft was approximately 20 feet by 5 feet and covered in tin foil, the station said.

On Thursday morning, according to the family and officials, the boy got onto the aircraft and detached the rope holding it in place.

Several people in the neighborhood said they saw the aircraft floating over their homes and some snapped pictures.

Officials were scrambling to figure out how to rescue the boy. (Hate to say it, this thing is going to crash. What were his parents thinking leaving the balloon so unsecured.)

The craft, which is shaped like a flying saucer, has the potential to rise to 10,000 feet, Larimer sheriff's spokeswoman Eloise Campanella said. Sheriff's officials last saw the device floating south of Milliken, which is about 40 miles north of Denver.

David Letterman Extortion Plot

David Letterman made a shocking personal confession on his CBS Late Show Thursday, admitting he was the victim of a $2 million extortion attempt and that he had had sexual relations with female members of staff.

Three weeks ago, according to a press release from reps of the TV host to PEOPLE and other news organizations, Letterman received a package whose sender claimed to have information about alleged sexual activity between the 62-year-old star and employees of his program.

Threatening to go public with the news, the individual reportedly sought $2 million from Letterman, the current late-night ratings champ told his studio audience Thursday.

"This morning, I did something I've never done in my life," Letterman said as the cameras rolled. "I had to go downtown and testify before a grand jury."

In his testimony, Letterman said, he admitted to engaging in sexual relationships with staff members. "My response to that is, yes I have. Would it be embarrassing if it were made public? Perhaps it would."

He added, "I feel like I need to protect these people – I need to certainly protect my family."

Having initially contacted the Manhattan District Attorney's special prosecution bureau, Letterman helped participate in a sting operation, eventually meeting and handing a counterfeit $2 million check to the alleged extortionist – who was arrested on Thursday.

Letterman concluded his admission by saying this was all he intended to say at this time and that he hoped to keep his job.

Letterman and longtime girlfriend (since 1986) Regina Lasko were married in March. They have one child, a son, Harry, born in 2003.

Woman Pregnant With 12 Babies Crazy, Liar

A Tunisian woman's claim of being pregnant with 12 babies is a farce, a health official said Wednesday.

Dr. Mongi Hamrouni, head of the ministry's public health department, said he was "more than 99 percent" sure the woman claiming to be expecting six boys and six girls has a mental problem.

Medical experts were dispatched to the central city of Gafsa where the 30-year-old woman resides, but she again refused to be examined, another health ministry official said on condition of anonymity because he wasn't authorized to speak publicly about the case.

Mansour Hamhoum, a regional health official in charge of Gafsa, said he could not locate any medical records of the pregnancy in the city hospital.

The woman's lawyer Lotsi Smat said she's a former Arabic language teacher. Smat said he also doubted the woman's claim after she refused to show him an ultrasound confirming her pregnancy.

Health experts say a 12-baby pregnancy is next to impossible. They believe the woman could be experiencing a "phantom pregnancy," a rare condition where a woman believes she is pregnant and can actually develop symptoms consistent with pregnancy, like a swelling abdomen, missing a period or feeling that a baby is moving inside her.

Woman Will Give Birth To 12 Babies

Somebody needs to take some of these fertility doctors out back and beat some sense into them. A woman in Tunisia is believed to be pregnant with 12 babies (6 boys, 6 girls). She got pregnant with the supersized litter by fertility treatments after having recurrent miscarriages. The woman is a teacher, and will receive help from the Tunisian government. The father, Marwan is quoted as saying, "In the beginning, we thought that my wife would give birth to twins, but more foetuses were discovered. Our joy increased with the growing number."

Will this game of fertility one upmanship end when a woman dies? Because the babies in these supersized baby litters die or are disabled more than you hear about, and it hasn't put a stop to women trying to top the last stupid woman.

Governor Schwarzenegger Cutting Funding To Domestic Violence Shelters

First he tried to cut all the funding for Poison Control and now Governor Schwarzenegger is trying to cut out all the funding for domestic violence shelters. This man is going after programs that actually save the lives of people, and must be stopped. Go here, NOW!!!, to see what you can do to help before some woman dies because she has nowhere to go.

Governor Schwarzenegger line item vetoed the Department of Public Health’s Domestic Violence Program, which provides $20.4 million for 94 domestic violence shelters and centers.

Domestic violence shelters are often the only thing standing between victims and grave physical danger, and California’s communities cannot sustain their loss.

Services provided by these agencies include emergency shelter, transitional housing, legal advocacy, assistance with restraining orders, counseling and other vital support services.

“We are appalled to see the Governor eliminate funding to vital programs that save lives,” said Tara Shabazz, Executive Director of The California Partnership to End Domestic Violence (CPEDV). “State funding to domestic violence programs has been proven to save lives, and also millions of dollars in health care, law enforcement and other social costs. It is fiscally irresponsible to propose such cuts; the Governor is balancing the budget on the backs of our state’s most vulnerable citizens.”

“If the Governor’s budget cuts are allowed to stand, victims will not have a place to turn for help and lives will inevitably be lost.”

I blame this on all of my fellow citizens of California who voted for this idiot because he was the Terminator (and haven't voted since). This should serve as a warning to keep celebrities out of politics.

Who Has Jude Law Knocked Up?

Jude Law, who has three children with ex-wife Sadie Frost, has discovered he's expecting a fourth child with an unidentified former lover.

"Jude Law can confirm that, following a relationship last year, he has been advised that he is to be the father of a child due in the fall of this year," the actor's rep says in a statement. "Mr. Law is no longer in a relationship with the individual concerned but he intends to be a fully supportive part of the child's life. This is an entirely private matter and no other statements will be made."

Law, 36, next will appear in Hamlet on Broadway in October, and will star with Robert Downey Jr. in the film Sherlock Holmes opening on Christmas Day.

Why release a statement if he wants to keep it private? The statement is what is going to bring attention to the mother. Look at how the press hunted down Sarah Jessica Parker's surrogate. And the British press makes the American paparazzi seem like angels, Jude did the one thing that ensures that this will not be a private matter.

Talk About Spoiled

I thought my 16year-old was spoiled because he has a larger tv in his room than I have (a hand me down from great-grandma), but now I see that he has nothing on this brat. A mother had a 98inch television flush mounted into her teen-age son's ceiling. Patti Deni says that her son spends a lot of time making and watching his own videos. And since most ceilings aren't made to hold to 300lb televisions, they had to build a new reinforced ceiling before they installed the screen, video projector, and projection mirrors.

You know the kid is just watching porn on this thing. And can you actually watch the tv anywhere in the room besides the bed (If you can it must be uncomfortable, imagine the crook in the neck.). I wonder how much weight he has gained since the television was installed.

Update: When did she give birth? The girl has been out on tour since the beginning of May. And for all those people saying that the baby can't be hers because it is too white. Little brown babies are usually born lighter with straighter hair. The skin darkens and the hair curls over time. But the dates just don't add up. And she looks like the type that knows how to use a condom.

This is another rumour that I'm not really buying, even though that baby does look like Raven when she was on the Cosby Show. Raven-Simone is rumoured to have given birth to a baby girl, Lilianna Pearman , in an Atlanta hospital earlier this summer. The father is said to be Jurnee Smollet's brother, Jussie Smollet. They aren't a couple, just best friends.

LA Mayor Asking For Handouts To Pay For Jackson Memorial

Almost every city in California is having financial problems. But the Mayor of Los Angeles saw fit to spend a rumoured $4million of public money on Michael Jackson's funeral. And they even set up a website to beg for donations from the public to help offset the costs. Maybe they should be asking the Jackson family to cover the costs. Isn't that how it works in normal funerals. If you want a police escort you have to pay for it.

Snake Kills Baby

Update: The cage was secured with a blanket and some rope. He will probably be charged with child endangerment because that is an accident just waiting to happen. But this isn't Darnell's first lost of a child, his own daughter died five years ago of spinal meningitis. It is a tragic story.

Usually you just have to worry about your boyfriend shaking your baby to death, now you have to worry about the pets they keep. Shaiunna Hare,2 was in her bed sleeping when the 8 1/2ft long pet python of her mother's (Jaren Hare,19) boyfriend, escaped it's cage, wrapped itself around the girl, and squeezed until the little girl was dead. Charles Darnell,32 woke up the next morning to find the snake missing and started searching for it.

Lt. Bobby Caruthers of Sumter County Sheriff's Department made the following statement:

"Wednesday morning he wakes up and discovers the snake missing from its container," said Caruthers. "He went straight to the infant's room and he described it as seeing the snake on the baby. He also described a bite mark on her forehead. He started stabbing the snake and removed the child from the room."

Despite this tragedy, the fact that an exotic snake killed a baby, means a criminal investigation is underway for owning and keeping such a dangerous pet in the home with the baby girl. "We're going to be interviewing (Darnell) and the mother further at the Sheriff's Office," Caruthers says. "They were very upset at the scene and that's all we got out of them."

In my opinion he either knew it was dangerous to keep a snake that size in the house with a baby, or there is something fishy with the story. Why else would he immediately start searching for the snake in the baby's room.

Florida Fish & Game is also investigating because Darnell didn't have a permit for the snake. Pythons are classified Reptiles of Concern because they escape or are released into the wild where they displace local wildlife.

Lil Wayne Expecting Two Babies By Two Women?

Rumor has it that Lil Wayne has done a Puffy and gotten two women pregnant. First was Lauren London, the model/actress from the movie ATL, and now "fiance" Nivea Hamilton.

It is being reported that Lauren was furious when she found out that Nivea was also pregnant with Lil Wayne's son. Lauren is almost 6 months pregnant. So what does an angry celebrity do, post her complaints to Twitter, but her family has convinced her to take the high road. Lil Wayne is also rumoured to want nothing to do with Lauren. Hasn't this man ever heard of a condom, four babies (that we know of) by four different baby mamas.

More Comes Out About Crista Taylor

Update 24 June: Dirk Nowitzki has petitioned for a paternity test and wants sole custody if the child is proven to be his. Also, the FBI is looking into threatening calls that Taylor has made from the jail to Nowitzki's lawyers demanding money. Taylor is also the mother of three other children whom she does not care for.

Medical records show that the woman arrested at the home of Dallas Mavericks forward Dirk Nowitzki earlier this month is pregnant, according to a newspaper report.

The Dallas Morning News reported on its Web site Tuesday night that Crista Taylor -- according to records from the Dallas County jail and Parkland Hospital released by Taylor to the newspaper -- was administered a pregnancy test after she was booked on May 6 and that the test was positive.

Taylor has said in multiple interviews with the Morning News that she was Nowitzki's fiancee and that she was carrying his child, but the tests do not determine paternity.

In a statement last week, Nowitzki's Dallas-based attorney, Robert Hart, expressed strong doubt that Taylor was pregnant but pledged that Nowitzki would "do whatever can be done to ensure the health of the child" in the "remote instance there is any validity" to Taylor's claims.

In a statement Tuesday night, Hart said: "This is all new information to us. We have previously submitted written requests through her Beaumont attorney for an independent pregnancy test as well as authorization for release of medical records. We have yet to receive any response.

"We would like to reiterate that, if her statements as to her pregnancy are true, Dirk will do whatever can be done to ensure the well-being of the child." (Which means he no longer wants the mother. If I were Nowitzki I would seek custody of the child. Any court with have a brain would grant custody based on the fact that the mother has an extensive criminal history and a history of trying to trap pro-athletes. This baby is her version of the lottery.)

Taylor gave the newspaper access to her medical file by signing a release form during a jailhouse interview with the Morning News. The paper reported that jail and hospital officials, as per Taylor's written request, only released the portion of her record pertaining to the pregnancy.

In multiple interviews with the Morning News, Taylor, 37, has said she didn't know she was pregnant until being tested twice at the Dallas jail (One of her own friends has come forward disputing that story, claiming that Taylor was telling anybody who would listen that she was pregnant before her arrest.) and that she and Nowitzki had a wedding date scheduled for July.

Nowitzki made his customary postseason return to his native Germany last Thursday, some two weeks removed from Taylor's arrest in the midst of the Mavericks' second-round series with Denver. While the Mavericks were flying back to Dallas on the morning of May 6 after a Game 2 defeat, Taylor was taken into custody at Nowitzki's home after the discovery of arrest warrants in two states.

The Dallas Morning News reported in Wednesday's editions that Taylor has hired a new attorney in Beaumont (Probably paid for by Nowitzki. What man wants their child born in prison, if it is his. And his requesting independent testing implies that it may be.) after initially working with a court-appointed lawyer. The new attorney, Scott Renick, told the newspaper that he could not comment on Taylor's medical record disclosure without seeing it firsthand but is representing her in "alleged criminal matters" and "whatever potentially family matters may come to light."

Taylor has also told the newspaper that she expects to be extradited to St. Louis as early as this week and has two new attorneys there as well: Scott Rosenblum and Matthew Fry. When reached by the Morning News, Fry declined comment.

After being transferred to a jail in Beaumont, Texas, on May 13, Taylor told the newspaper that the sudden end to the couple's engagement stemmed from Nowitzki's longtime personal coach, Holger Geschwindner, urging a private investigation into Taylor's past as part of a prenuptial agreement. The investigation revealed that Taylor is accused of violating a probation sentence for two counts of forgery and one count of felony stealing in Missouri and a theft-of-service charge for failing to pay a Beaumont dentist for dental work in excess of $10,000. (You have to wonder if it was Geschwindner who tipped off police. It is a quick way of getting rid on an inconvenient woman.)

If convicted of the Beaumont charge, Taylor could be sentenced to prison for up to two years.

She was booked in Dallas as Crystal Taylor but told a judge in her first court appearance in Beaumont that her birth certificate carries the name Crista Ann Taylor. Authorities in Missouri and Texas have linked more than 10 aliases to Taylor, while court documents in Beaumont still list her as Crystal Ann Taylor.

Since her arrest, the Morning News has published stories about Taylor's ex-husband, James Westerhaus, seeking a 2001 divorce after Taylor allegedly accrued more than $300,000 in debt and former NFL quarterback Tony Banks saying Taylor was "planted" into his life in 1997.

Nowitzki has mostly rebuffed questions about Taylor beyond acknowledging to reporters that he's "going through a tough time in my personal life." Amid the turmoil, Nowitzki averaged 34.4 points and 11.6 rebounds during the Mavericks' series with Denver and was named to the All-NBA first team.

In his last public comments on the subject on May 14, Nowitzki said: "It's been a tough two weeks, or however long it's been. That's really all I can say about it."

Mamas Don't Let Your Little Ballers Grow Up To Date Hood Rats

A woman who said she was carrying Dallas Mavericks' star Dirk Nowitzki's child was pregnant after she was booked into the Dallas County jail on May 6, according to a newspaper report.

The Dallas Morning News reported Tuesday that medical records it obtained from the Dallas County jail and Parkland Hospital showed 37-year-old Crista Ann Taylor was administered the pregnancy test and the result was positive. The tests do not determine paternity.

Taylor signed a release form Friday during a jailhouse interview in Beaumont giving the newspaper access to the records.

Taylor (a former stripper of course) has said that Nowitzki was her fiance and that she learned she was pregnant after she was arrested at his house on a probation violation and theft of services warrants.

A call seeking comment by The Associated Press to Nowitzki's attorney was not immediately returned Tuesday evening. Dallas Mavericks' spokeswoman Sarah Melton said she had no comment.

Robert Hart, Nowitzki's lawyer, had said in a statement released to ESPN.com on Thursday, "If in the remote instance there is any validity to this woman's claim of pregnancy, Dirk will do whatever can be done to ensure the well being of the child."

After Taylor's arrest May 6, a woman identifying herself as Taylor's best friend was telling media outlets that Taylor was pregnant with Nowitzki's baby. That, Hart's statement said, raised questions about the claim Taylor learned she was pregnant at the jail.

"In fact, we found it strange that a friend of hers was at Dirk's house right after the arrest telling anyone who would listen that she was pregnant," Hart's statement said. "As with all things coming from this woman's mouth, we are highly skeptical."


Taylor told the newspaper that she'd lived with Nowitzki for the last two years.

The News reported Taylor did not know it planned to bring medical release forms to the jailhouse interview. But shortly after entering the glass-divided visitation booth, Taylor saw that the reporter brought a folder.

"Are those release forms?" she asked. "May I please sign them right now?"

The forms were passed to a jailer and Taylor filled them out and signed the forms. The jailer signed one of the forms as a witness.

"I can't wait until you get those results," she said. "I know they won't lie. Can you hurry up and get them?"

She was indicted in September 2006 on a theft of services charge for failing to pay a Beaumont dentist for dental work ranging from $1,500 to $20,000 she received in 2004. She has $50,000 bond set on the theft of services charge, but was also arrested for a probation violation out of St. Charles County, Mo., and is being held without bond on that charge.

If convicted of the theft of services charge, a state jail felony, Taylor could be sentenced to prison for up to two years.

Her arraignment is now scheduled for June 8.

Meanwhile, former NFL quarterback Tony Banks said he had a brief relationship with Taylor in 1997, The Dallas Morning News reported Thursday on its Web site.

After the relationship ended, Banks said, Taylor began making harassing phone calls to him, his agent, and, disturbingly, to his St. Louis Rams head coach, Dick Vermeil, The Morning News reported.

Banks notified team security, which learned of Taylor's criminal history and that she had used multiple identities, The Morning News reported.

Banks, 36, retired in 2005 after nine season with five NFL teams, including a short time with the Dallaw Cowboys in 2001.

The two met in 1997 when Banks was 24 and in his second season with the St. Louis Rams. At that time, Banks said he thinks Taylor went by the name Theresa, The Morning News reported on its Web site.

In 1994, under the name Crystal Ann Taylor, she had pleaded guilty to felony forgery in St. Louis County, The Dallas newspaper reported.

After the relationship was over, Banks said he found out that Taylor got his contact information through a college friend who did marketing for him after he was drafted. When Banks decided not to hire the friend as an agent, he "sicced" Taylor on him, Banks said in the Morning News report.

Although he first told her he didn't want to see her, Banks said after seeing a picture of her, he was interested and starting dating her, The Morning News reported.

"She showed her crazy (side) pretty early," Banks told the newspaper.

The harassing phone calls to Vermeil led the coach to be concerned about Banks' off-the-field conduct and maturity level, the former quarterback told The Morning News.

Taylor's criminal history doesn't stop with the forgery and theft of service charges.

In the spring of 1999, Taylor pleaded guilty to multiple felony forgery and stealing charges in St. Charles and St. Louis counties in Missouri and was put on five years' probation, the newspaper reported.

In court records, she listed an address in Friendswood, outside Houston, where she was living with her new husband, James C. Westerhaus, The Morning News reported.

In 2000, she quit reporting to a Texas probation officer, and has been sought by Missouri authorities since an arrest warrant was issued in April 2001.

Woman Runs Over Ex's New Pregnant Girlfriend

A woman accused of ramming her ex-boyfriend's pregnant girlfriend with her SUV pleaded not guilty today to murdering the baby -- which was delivered but did not survive -- and trying to kill the mother.

Monica Mercado, 27, is charged with one count each of murder and attempted murder.

The victim, who was at least seven months pregnant, was struck by the vehicle about 10:30 a.m. April 5, after the two women got into an argument at 102nd Street and Towne Avenue in South Los Angeles, authorities said.

The baby was born alive by Caesarean section, but died of head trauma.

The criminal complaint alleges that Mercado "knew or should have known" that the woman was pregnant and that the injury resulted in the termination of the pregnancy. (She had been in a car with the victim and her ex-boyfriend, so how did she not know about the baby. What do you think they had been arguing about? She meant to run over that girl, and to hurt because she had her man.)

Mercado turned herself in later that day at the Los Angeles Police Department's Newton station, and has remained jailed since then.

She is due back in Compton Superior Court on May 11, when a date is scheduled to be set for a hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to require her to stand trial.

Britney Spears Thinks Dad Is Over Medicating Her

A source (Probably Adnan Ghalid, you know that he wants to be the one controlling Britney.) told Look magazine that she is convinced that her father is over medicating her in an effort to control his little cow.

“Britney is sure her father is out to get her and that he’s drugging her to turn her into a zombie who won’t fight back,” a source told British magazine Look. “Ever since her breakdown last year when she was hospitalized, she’s been on prescription pills to battle her panic attacks.

“Her doctors have also prescribed anti-anxiety drugs Valium and Ativan to deal with stress and to help her sleep.

“As part of the court-ordered conservatorship, Jamie has to make sure Britney takes the correct dosage because she forgets to take them otherwise. But lately she’s been nodding off randomly in the middle of conversations and is convinced it’s because Jamie’s giving her too much much.”

The source adds that Britney’s friends, “tell her it’s because she’s working so hard and performing every night on her Circus tour.”

But Britney, says the source, “thinks there is a more sinister reason and insists her dad is drugging her to keep her under control.

“It’s a bad sign that Britney’s paranoia is rearing its head again. She’s sneakily sent text messages to her ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, and told him she needs help because her dad is poisoning her.

“She’s desperate to untangle the conservatorship and get her dad out of her life.”

Looks like someone may be headed for another breakdown. If this story is true, maybe it was a little to early to send Britney out on tour. Was the decision to ship her out on tour motivated by her best interest or by the love of money. Maybe it is time for a neutral conservator.
