Adults Only Root Beer Float

2 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 ounce Knob Creek Bourbon
Enough root beer to fill rest of glass

Any bourbon will do, but I use the Knob Creek. Just because it's a root beer float doesn't mean you should go the low quality route.
