Leonard Padilla should be bailing Casey out today. There were some concerns over the home confinement yesterday. (You mean besides the fact that releasing Casey is dangerous and stupid.) Casey will be wearing a GPS bracelet, and someone from the Padilla group will be staying with Casey 24 hours a day. And there is talk of armed guards. Are the citizens of Florida going to have to pay for the guard. Because if she needs guards that badly maybe she should just keep her butt in jail. I wonder how long it will take for the Anthonys to ask for the Padillas to get out of their home. The Padillas think that they can get Casey to tell them where Caylee is, despite the fact she hasn't talked to police or her own family.
It also has come out that Padilla spent a year in federal prison for tax evasion. The courts will releasing Casey to a media hungry, convicted felon. Oh yeah, this is going to work out.
Casey refused to visit with her parents again Monday. But here is the funny part. He rescheduled for Thursday, and booked a visit for Lee on Saturday. Hasn't anyone told him that Casey is getting out.
