Leonard Padilla actually posted bond for Casey Anthony. And of course he did it just in time for the evening news shows. So unless a psychiatrist says she is a danger to herself, or the police file more charges, she will be going home some time today probably.
"They're extremely pleased, this is what we anticipated," said Larry Garrison, a spokesman for the Anthony . "We want what's the best for Caylee. We want Caylee found."
"It's not about getting Casey out to make sure she feels better," bondsman Tony Padilla said. "It's all about the interest of finding Caylee. Hopefully, she will get us some information." He can hope for things to happen to the cows come home, that doesn't mean they will happen. And as for Casey committing suicide. He will turn her back in to police if she does that, they don't want to take the risk. And if she succeeds at suicide he gets his money back. I hope that the Anthonys ask the Padilla group to leave their home. Casey isn't going to talk to them. And it wouldn't be wise for her to talk to them. If Mr. Baez is half a lawyer, he will have told Casey this.
Casey will also be arraigned today. She has already submitted a not guilty plea in writing, so more than likely she won't attend the hearing. She probably will be preparing to be released.
Mr. Padilla says he wants to find Caylee, but he has made it such a circus that the child is hardly mentioned. I will counting the number of days until this all goes horribly wrong.
