Casey Anthony will be in jail at least one more night. The Texas Department of Insurance is checking with Florida to make sure they have all the necessary documentation. A local bail bondsman will then go post the bond.
Is Padilla dragging this out just to keep his face in the press. Once Casey gets out everyone will want to talk to her. Then it will be the family spokesman who is in the press. So each day that Casey stays in jail, is one more day that Padilla gets to do interviews.
He also says he is getting threats. What did he expect. The Anthonys are getting threats, and they are just victims who really and truly want to believe their daughter. Padilla is telling the press that local bail bondsman are threatening to have him arrested if he doesn't do everything by the book.
