I have figured out what is wrong with Raven's outfit. It could have been a cute, sexy (she is grown enough to be sexy) can-can outfit. The hair is all wrong, she should have gone with something sleeker. And those boots are the ugliest things ever. And it should have either the t-shirt or the tank top. I bet she wished she would have stayed with the Cheetah Girls.
