Formal charges were filed against the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony by the State Attorney’s Office on Tuesday.
Casey Anthony was charged with one misdemeanor charge of filing a false report and one felony charge of child neglect.
She was arrested on July 16 and is being held on charges of child neglect with a $500,000 bond.
I guess she won't be home in time for Caylee's 3rd birthday. The investigators found Caylee's DNA, but they are not saying where they found it. Expect more information to trickle out as the week goes on.
