Casey Anthony will probably arrested again for theft. But these arrests are becoming a weekly occurrence. Why not just arrest her for something like elder abuse for stealing from her grandparents. The bail on that probably has to be more than $2500, especially in light of the child neglect charges. Maybe there is someone else in the family who can press charges if the grandparents can't. Because we all know George and Cindy aren't going to do it. Maybe Caylee would be alive at home if they had pressed charges when they found out about the theft. Cindy was the child's primary caregiver and any judge would have granted her temporary custody at least.And you have to admit that she loved that girl more than anyone. Why else would Casey feel the need to punish her mother by making Caylee disappear.
And Jose Baez is seeking to end all forensic testing. Is he smoking the crackpipe? No judge is going to approve such a motion. The precedent on that would cripple the legal system. Is he seeking attention? He has a smirk every time he escorts Casey out of his office. He's probably calculating the profit from the clients this will bring in. Who doesn't want a celebrity lawyer. It doesn't really matter if the lawyer is any good or not. If Casey is convicted, at least she will have a good basis for appeal.
And the Anthony neighbors are finally standing up for themselves. The homeowners association of their neighbor is seeking an injunction to keep all the protesters and sightseers out. Maybe that is why Casey spends all day at Jose Baez's office. It provides a chance to escape the protesters. They aren't allowed access to his parking lot. She gets peace and quiet while her neighbors suffer from the noise and disruption that her lies have rained down on them. They don't deserve it. In fact, no one deserves it but Casey.
