I really doubt that Miley Cyrus is dating Justin Gaston. I think Billy Ray is just trying to create a new star. Justin was on a Billy Ray Cyrus show. He comes to Hollywood for a week and is suddenly Miley's boyfriend, despite the fact that he is a 20 year old underwear model. Billy Ray just wants us to think about how sweet they are, a cute young couple at church. How sweet, he's waiting for her. Cause you know she's going to wait to have sex until she's married. Yeah, and the Catholic Church is going to let me be pope.
