Renee Bowman, the mother who admits to murdering her two adopted daughters had a long term live in boyfriend. What I want to know is how he can claim not to know about their murder,or at least their disappearance. Police are questioning Joe Dickerson to find out during what periods he was living in the home and what exactly he knew. They are not calling him a suspect.
But if he was a long term boyfriend he should have notice the disappearance of his girlfriend's children. In all the time he was dating Bowman did he not see the bruises and wasting away. The man who found the little girl wandering the street noticed right away. You know that he at least knew that those little girls were being abused. And he did nothing. He should at least be charged with child neglect or child endangerment. He lived in that home and did nothing to protect them.
