Attorney Jose Baez's spokesman, Todd Black, was live on a phone interview on CNN Wednesday night when he said, "It's very difficult. This is a serious case involving not just the loss of the life of this little girl, but the loss of whatever is going to happen with Casey Anthony."
Are the Anthony's going to fire him now? Isn't that what they do to people who won't go along with their Caylee is still alive theory. But who would else would actually defend Casey. Even though she would probably do better with a qualified public defender than show boating Jose Baez.
