Casey Anthony has been indicted on First Degree Murder, Aggravated Child Abuse, Aggravated Manslaughter of A Child, and four charges of lying through her teeth to investigators.
Casey is more than likely already in police custody. Right before charges were announced the car she was traveling in with her mother stopped under a bridge and she got into an SUV belonging to the sheriff's department. I doubt any one will be rushing to bail her out this time, even her parents.
