Caylee Anthony Update 15 October

Was Casey Anthony doing a runner when she was arrested yesterday on murder charges. Yesterday I wrote that Casey got into a police vehicle under a bridge. Well, the SUV didn't belong to police.

Casey was suppose to be home at 4pm according to the terms of her home confinement agreement. She left the courthouse a half an hour before that. But Cindy Anthony returned home alone, they had pulled over along the way and Casey got into another car. (What happened to turning herself in if she was indicted?) The SUV belonged to her bails bondsman, who is refusing to comment of course.

Police quickly put an end to that nonsense. Shortly after the SUV left the overpass, they pulled it over and took Casey into custody.

At least she dressed up to go to jail this time.

And Jose Baez was going on about how they weren't interested in the grand jury proceedings because he wasn't able to cross examine. Just because they don't like it doesn't mean it isn't going to happen. Seven counts that will probably lead to her execution someday. I bet Casey isn't interested in jail either, but it won't stop her butt from going.

I know that people are expecting her to give up the location of Caylee's body. But don't hold your breath. She's going to play the babysitter kidnapped my baby until she is convicted.

I also doubt that Casey will be given bail this time, even if the family could come up with the money. Her little escapade under the overpass proves that she can't follow the terms of her home confinement. Jail is probably where she will sit until her trial is over, and then she will probably be shipped off to prison.

update: Casey will be held without bond. Expecting Cindy to start talking crazy any time now.
