Are you looking for something for your kids to do online that is safe and fun? Try Marvel Comic's Create Your Own Superhero. It's a game where children get to design a superhero by choosing body shape, costumes (they can mix and max superheros like Iron Man and the Hulk), face, colors, and then they get to name their creation. It's really fun and can keep a child occupied for a while. My son loves it. I am not exactly sure how he came across it, I think he found the website through Hulk toy packaging. Yeah, I am one of those horrible parents who let their kids play with plastic, licensed toys.
