Casey Anthony is probably spending all of her time prepping for Tuesday's grand jury hearing. It hasn't even started and there is already controversy. Grand jury proceedings are supposed to be secret. And there are already leaks, the fact that we know that there is going to be a hearing is a leak.
But back to her testimony prep. Will she have to repeat her story before the grand jury. Because the minute she opens her mouth and starts lying she should kiss her butt good-bye. Florida only holds grand jury hearings in capital cases, which means the death penalty could be in Casey's future.
Texas Equusearch is trying to decide whether to search for Caylee again. And they aren't playing the Anthony's game this time. There is no pretense of searching for a live child. They are looking for Caylee's body, because they believe what most people think. It is time for her to have a proper burial. And it is time for her community and grandparents to be able to say good-bye.
