Caylee Anthony Update 11 October

A judge ruled that Jose Baez can have access to some evidence, such as the car and test results. But he declined to rule just yet on whether or not Caylee can travel and if her home confinement records could remain secret. He is probably just dragging his feet until he sees what the grand jury will do. Jose Baez keeps arguing the secrecy is needed for Casey's protection, but how will she be protected when someone on the street realises who she is. The police will have to come to her rescue at tax payer expense.
