There is a rumor floating around that while Jamie Lynn Spears was back in Los Angeles for her nephews' birthday she went house hunting.
A source revealed, ‘Her budget is just under than $4 million. She wants a Mediterranean-style house with balconies, a big backyard and lots of privacy. She asked for a new house because she likes new kitchens and bathrooms.’
Another source added, ‘She feels like she needs to be close to her sister right now. She’s even talking to Nickelodeon producers about doing another show.’
How would Nickelodeon explain welcoming back a 17 year old who just had a baby. And is still living with the baby daddy. They are a network for children after all.
And the $4 million house doesn't seem like Jamie Lynn. Take a look at the house she is living in now. She is much more down to earth than her sister. She doesn't seem like the McMansion type.
