Caylee Anthony Update 9 October
Caylee Anthony may be enjoying her last moments of freedom. Her case may be going to a grand jury next week. The grand jury will probably hear all the evidence that has been released to the public, and probably some that we haven't.
The question is will the charges be murder or manslaughter. You don't accidently kill someone with chloroform. She meant for Caylee to die so she needs to be charged with murder. She needs to at least spend the rest of her life in prison.
Police also released discovery documents and video relating to the check fraud cases. If they can't get a grand jury to bring manslaughter or murder charges, those fraud charges are all they have. And when she is convicted (because there is more than enough proof to get her convicted), Jose Baez will be rushing to file an appeal based on the fact that she didn't get a fair trial. There isn't any reason for police to keep releasing all their discovery information. The only reason they are doing it is for our entertainment. And is our entertainment worth Casey walking free.
