Fox News asked Fox "Senior Judicial Analyst" Andrew Napolitano about the motion to allow Casey Anthony to go search for her daughter.
“I suggest that motion has been made for PR purposes so that she can telegraph to the public from among the 12 jurors who will try her, that she’s interested in finding the baby,” Napolitano said.
“Whether she’s grieving or not we may never know. Whether she really wants to find the child or not we may never know,” he added.
That's fancy talk for, "Casey wants us to think she loves that baby, believe she's alive, and is hoping that a jury won't sentence her to death. " Not a chance on Earth.
PR may be Baez's reason for filing the motion, but it's probably not Casey's. This is her great chance to get out of the house. She's stuck in that house all the time except when she goes to see her lawyer or home confinement case manager. Oh, and the trips to jail, but even those seem to have dried up. She killed that baby to be free and ended up stuck in the house all day with her mother.
And say if hell really does freeze over and the judge grants her motion, how long will the secret trips remain secret. Not five minutes after the first sighting of Casey. We live in an age of instant communication. And she will be calling police to come help her, even though she couldn't call them to find her daughter.
