Governer Schwarzenegger About To Create Financial Crisis

Governor Schwarzenegger is about to create a financial crisis for about 200,000 California families. He is going to the cut the wages of 200,000 state employees to the federal minimum wage of $6.55. Maybe somebody should tell the idiot that the state minimum wage is $8. He probably doesn't know. They would retroactively get the rest of their wages once the budget is signed. What are they supposed to do until then, suck their fingers? Don't punish state workers for the lack of a budget. A late budget is a tradition in California, a tradition carried forward by legislators. Find a way of punishing them.
