Did Casey Anthony spend the Fourth of July partying with her new boyfriend, Tony Lazarro? That is what friends of hers are saying. Police went door to door at his apartment building asking if anyone had seen the missing girl. It is also said that she went on a spending spree with her mother's credit card.
Police have released 911 calls from Cindy Anthony. She wanted her daughter arrested for stealing her car and credit cards in the first call. She called a second time after finding out that Caylee had been missing a month. Casey calmly told the 911 operator that her daughter had been missing for a month, that she knew who had the child, and that she had been looking for Caylee.
And despite her recent claims that the smell in the car is rotten pizza, Cindy Anthony said at the time that the car smelled like a dead body.
It seems like Casey Anthony wanted a new, child-free life and Caylee was in the way. I am reminded a Susan Smith. Except, instead of accusing a black man of kidnapping she accused a Hispanic woman.
