Andrea Curry-Demus has been charged with the murder, unlawful restraint and kidnapping of Kia Johnson. Kia Johnson was last seen at the Allegheny County Jail on Tuesday. She can be seen talking to Curry-Johnson who was there visiting a different inmate. Forensic pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht is putting forth the theory that there was probably more than one person involved and that Miss Johnson was probably strangled before the baby was removed. Allegheny County officials are not sure whether they will charging anyone else. But I would be surprised if they didn't charge Andrea Curry-Demus' sister with at least obstruction of justice for leading them to the wrong apartment.
