His rep sent a statement to Perez Hilton basically calling Aubrey O'Day a lying media whore.
"Any claim regarding a romantic link between Ashley Parker Angel and Aubrey O'Day is completely false. Angel and O'Day met only two weeks ago as cast members of Hairspray on Broadway and are nothing more than friends. The statements and rumors that came from O'Day are clearly nothing more than an attempt to gain press."
