Dead Woman Identified

The dead woman found with her baby cut of her womb has been identified as 18 year old Kia Johnson. She had been bound with duct tape and possibly drugged. She had been in the area to visit her boyfriend in jail. Police were first alerted to the fact that something was wrong in the apartment by the smell and flies. They didn't find the body immediately because a sister of Curry-Demus led them to the wrong apartment. Police already had the baby because Andrea Curry-Demus' story didn't add up when she took the baby to the hospital. Andrea Curry-Demus remains in jail on $10,000 bond. My question is why isn't the sister in jail? She knew something was wrong, what other reason could there have been for her leading police to the wrong apartment.
