Casey Anthony has been offered more than a million dollars to tell her story on pay-for-view. She has been offered more than $1.5 million.
"I can tell you just for interview areas alone they can range from $50,000 to $350,000. We've even had an offer come from an overseas company that specializes in pay per view and those offers can exceed $1 million," Jose Baez Law Firm spokesman Todd Black said.
Black said they're listening to all offers but for now not accepting anything.
"We've made it clear to everyone that their inquiry will be put in to a file and we don't know whether that file will ever have to be opened," Black said.
Much of it, Black said, depends on how extensive Casey Anthony's defense will have to be.
He said they're building a Web site for Casey Anthony’s defense fund and assembling a team of defense experts.
I don't think that people would really contribute to a defense fund for Casey Anthony. It is so digusting. But she needs to tell her story quickly because most states have Son of Sam laws that prevent most criminals from profiting from their crimes.
And there are also reports that she is spending so much time at her lawyer's office because she thinks her house is bugged. While she should be allowed to visit her lawyer, these excessively long visits should be ended. I don't think this is what they meant lawyers visits to be in the home confinement agreement.
And a new weirdo makes an appearance every day. The roommate of Anthony Lazaro is telling his story. I guess he wants his 15 minutes. More of her friends should be coming forward in the coming weeks. They need to profit from this tragedy too.
And some crazy woman has taken to digging through the Anthony trash. This is another thing that Jose Baez should have warned the family about. Once you put your trash on the curb anybody could go through it. They should wait until they see the garbage truck coming.
