Sacramento County will be hiring an independent expert to look into why there have been 7 deaths among its Child Protective Services cases since September 2007. The latest was the beating death of 4 year old Jahmaurae Allen. He was beaten to death in July by his mother's live in boyfriend. (Ladies you can't bring all these men around your kids. That goes for you too Kate Hudson.) The boyfriend, Jonathan Perry, is charged with murder and child endangerment. Jahmaurae's CPS file had been started just 5 weeks before is death.
