The State of Florida is not offering Casey Anthony any type of immunity deal. Jose Baez is saying that the state's attorney wouldn't offer her a deal because they know she is a liar. And Baez is saying that there was no letter from Casey. Cindy Anthony is saying that she doesn't think that Casey even has access to pens, pencils, or paper in jail. Then how do prisoners write all those letters.
And I don't think that the police believe that Caylee is alive. There hasn't been an Amber Alert issued. Maybe when Casey says that Caylee is "close", she means close as in buried close by.
