The husband is a celebrity, and the wife is a B- list actress who is pregnant. I know I usually give more identifying information, but this one time I think it is best not to. One of the things about this is that there have been two different versions flying around town. One is that he has been cheating on her not with anyone in particular, but basically just a string of no names that are attracted to him. The other version is they both cheated. I’ve met her, but never met him. So, with that in mind, I’m going to have to say that I don’t see her ever cheating and that he, in fact is the one doing the cheating. While she’s pregnant? That’s pretty low.

My guess is Ben Affleck, he seems oddly detached from his wife.

Which celebrity couple has relinquished control of the family to their offspring? This goes beyond spoiling. They let the child/children make all their own decisions about education, food, clothing, travel, and activities. Before you know it, the kid/kids will be picking the parents’ projects and handling the money. The parents seem to think that the decision-making will result in more self-assured adult/s. However, right now it’s just the tail wagging the dog. Other family members are concerned that some of these decisions may be endangering the health and safety of all involved.

My guess is Will and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Caylee Anthony 29 November

Despite the Orange County Sheriff’s Office’s belief that Caylee Anthony is dead, the Anthony family is planning another vigil for Caylee, as well as other missing children.

Caylee was reported missing on July 16, just weeks before her third birthday. Her mother, Casey Anthony, 22, has been charged with her murder.

Investigators released hundreds of pages of evidence this week which pertain to their case against Casey Anthony. The pages included phone records, photos, DNA results, computer search information and more.

According to their media contact, Casey Anthony’s parents, George and Cindy Anthony, wanted to spend Thanksgiving with family and friends -- away from TV cameras.

They plan to return to the spotlight Sunday night by holding a local and national vigil for Caylee and thousands of other missing children.

The vigil will be hosted at the usual spot, the Eastside Baptist Church off of Conway Gardens Road. There will be simultaneous vigils in Oregon, California and Michigan at 8 p.m. Eastern Time."

After 24 weeks, to declare this case closed, it is not only inhumane, it’s disrespectful," family spokesperson Michelle Bart said.

Cindy Anthony has been accused of trying to create reasonable doubt by insisting that Caylee is still alive. She has repeatedly denied the accusation.

I believe that Caylee is dead, but if they can bring the spotlight to even one other missing child it would be a good thing. But I doubt the name of any other children will be even be mentioned. The sad fact is that every time Cindy opens her mouth she turns the public away from her cause a little more. She makes everyone forget that she and George are victims too. All they want is their granddaughter back. But they go about it the wrong way, they should be pressuring their daughter to give up her location.

Caylee Anthony Update 27 November

A judge denied prosecutors' request for a gag order in the case of Casey Anthony, the Florida woman charged with killing her missing 3-year-old daughter, Caylee.

Florida 9th Circuit Judge Stan Strickland said he did not think a gag order would stop the media whirlwind surrounding the case and he could not find the publicity would hurt Anthony's right to a fair trial.

Prosecutors had asked for the gag order to silence Casey Anthony's defense attorneys from talking to reporters, saying their statements could influence prospective jurors in the case. Anthony is charged with killing Caylee in a case that has become a nightly staple on cable news shows.

"While the court shares the state attorney's concerns about the amount and nature of the publicity, the legal standard has not been met," Strickland wrote in his ruling.

"The state attorney's office argued that the defense team, as well as the Anthony family's lust for the 'limelight,' may well sabotage the potential jury pool when this case is ultimately tried," the judge continued.

"While this argument has some appeal, it does not rise to the level of being a serious and imminent threat to the administration of justice. Further, this court is confident that even with a 'gag order' the publicity and media attention would continue unabated."

At a hearing Tuesday, prosecutor Jeff Ashton told Strickland that Anthony's defense attorneys have revealed privileged attorney-client information on national television, as defense attorney Jose Baez accused prosecutors of leaking evidence to the media.

"I expect the two of you to be civil to one another," Strickland told the lawyers as their arguments grew heated. "There's a little girl missing."

In his order, however, Strickland reminded the attorneys that Florida bar rules prohibit "extra-judicial comments" that are likely to prejudice the trial. He stressed that "patently false statements" made with the intent to pollute the jury pool will be referred to the Florida bar for disciplinary action.

Anthony, 22, was arrested earlier this month and faces charges including capital murder in the disappearance of Caylee, who has been missing since June. If convicted, she could face the death penalty or life in prison.

Anthony waited about a month before telling her family that Caylee was gone. Cindy Anthony -- Caylee's grandmother and Casey Anthony's mother -- called the Orange County, Florida, sheriff on July 15, saying her daughter would not tell her where Caylee was.

When questioned, Anthony gave conflicting statements to police, including some that were later disproved, according to hundreds of documents and investigative reports released in the case.

She claimed, for example, that she dropped Caylee off with a baby sitter, but when police checked out her story, they learned that the address Anthony supplied belonged to an apartment that had been vacant for weeks. The woman Anthony named as her baby sitter told police she did not know her.

Investigators previously have said cadaver dogs picked up the scent of death in Anthony's car, as well as in her parents' backyard. They also said air quality tests conducted by the FBI found evidence consistent with human decomposition and chloroform in the trunk of Anthony's car.

A neighbor told police Anthony had asked to borrow a shovel. Also, analysis of Anthony's computer found she had visited Web sites discussing chloroform, as well as Internet searches of missing children, according to information released in the case.

ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) — Court documents show "neck breaking" and "household weapons" were some of the Google searches performed on a computer accessible to the mother of a missing Florida 3-year-old.

The description of the searches was included in more than 700 pages of court documents released in the case this week.

The Orlando Sentinel reports that the searches also included "how to make chloroform" and took place in March. Someone also used the computer in March to search for peroxide, acetone, alcohol and "lost numbers."

The circus will continue uninterrupted. Would you want an attorney who said that you lied to police. It seems that the prosecution is trying to protect Casey's rights so that when she is convicted she won't be able to appeal on grounds of press coverage. The video is of the court arguments.

The gag order wouldn't have covered Cindy Anthony and she was the one who needed shutting up most. Cindy Anthony said yesterday on the Today Show that nobody has come forward to identify the child in the mall photo. But would you come forward and put your child in the middle of all the nonsense. Look how many times that photo has been shown in the last week. There will be a mini frenzy around the family of the girl, they probably want to protect her from that.

And how is Casey going to explain the searches. Is she going to blame her family for them. I forgot Casey is creative, maybe she will claim that someone broke into her house and used her computer.

Angelina Jolie Not Pregnant

Call off the bump watch: Angelina Jolie is not pregnant.

Reports that the 33-year-old is expecting are "not true," her rep, Geyer Kosinski, tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. The actress is scheduled to start shooting Edwin A. Salt in February, in an action role as a CIA agent.

Rumors have persistently spread. Most recently, In Touch claims Jolie announced she was pregnant in a London restaurant when a waiter tried to pour her a drink. The magazine says beau Brad Pitt was annoyed because he wasn't ready to go public with the news.

In Touch also reports Jolie pushed forward filming of Edwin A. Salt so her bump wouldn't be visible - but on-set sources confirm to Us the schedule has not been changed.

Life & Style questioned if the actress was "three months along" on a "Baby News" cover.

This doesn't mean Jolie and Pitt aren't ruling out more kids in the future.

In an interview with Oprah Winfrey that aired last week, Pitt, 44, said they'd "probably" add to their family of six. (They are already parents to Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 3, Shiloh, 2, and twins Knox and Viv, 4 months.)

"It's the greatest endeavor I've ever taken on," he said. "Why stop now?"

Caylee Anthony Update 26 November

Casey Anthony, mother of missing Florida 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, waived her right to appear before Orange County Circuit Judge Stan Strickland during a gag order hearing on Tuesday.

The State Attorney's Office had filed the motion concerning comments made by Anthony's attorney Jose Baez on cable news programs, on the grounds that his appearances had the potential to prevent a fair trial. Prosecutors want attorneys, witnesses and law enforcement officers to restrict public comments. The gag order would not include members of the Anthony family.

Both attorneys for the prosecution and defense have also accused each other of leaking sensitive information about the investigation into the Caylee's disappearance.

Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton indicated that statements made by Baez about the case and the impending murder trial of his client, "creates an atmostphere where potential jurors are invited to make a decision" on the guilt or innocence of Casey Anthony.

"The State Attorney's Office has been completely closed-mouth on this case with one exception," said Ashton, referring to a news conference held by prosecutors on the day that Casey was formally charged with the murder of her daughter.

Cindy Anthony is asking investigators to look into a recent sighting of her missing granddaughter Caylee.

Cindy Anthony spoke at a press conference Tuesday. She said that she doesn't know if a photo taken of a girl resembling 3-year-old Caylee Anthony is her granddaughter, but wants it investigated.

A detective hired by the family who appeared at the news conference said the photo was taken at a mall in November but that investigators aren't willing to study the statement of the woman who took it.

Orange County Sheriff's Office officials were not immediately available for comment.

Caylee Anthony was last seen June 16. She was reported missing a month later.

Why wouldn't the gag order apply to the Anthony family? Aren't they going to testify in the case? You would think they would be some of the main witnesses. It was Cindy Anthony who reported Caylee missing, and it is believed that George was the last person besides Casey to see her. So they would be witnesses and need to keep their mouths shut.

International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women

Today, November 25, is the beginning of an international effort by activists to raise their voices and bring attention to the issue of gender-based violence and its damaging effects on women all over the world. The effort begins today, which is International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women, and culminates 16 days later on December 10, International Human Rights Day. The "16 Days Campaign" originated from the first Women's Global Leadership Institute in 1991. They chose the dates, November 25, International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women and December 10, International Human Rights Day, in order to symbolically link violence against women and human rights. This year's 16 Days Campaign is dedicated to celebrating the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and underscoring the idea that human rights cannot be universal without human rights for women.

In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, hundreds of thousands of women and girls are being raped and brutalized in a decade of conflict. As women's rights activist Immaculée Birhaheka described in this month's RAISE Hope podcast, women are "treated as things" and the poverty of women is "organized by the society." Yet it is because of the brave activism of women like Immaculée that the women of Congo have hope for their future and for their country.

Over the next 16 days, we have to stand in solidarity with Immaculée and the thousands of Congolese women and girls fighting for a better future by recruiting 16 friends to join RAISE Hope for Congo and sign the petition to President-elect Obama asking him to take immediate action to end the violence against women and girls in the Congo. 19 Year Old Commits Suicide Online

Abraham Biggs committed suicide online over at Justin.tv while people watched and egged him on. Viewers watched as Biggs overdosed on pills and continued to watch for hours as he died before anyone thought to contact the police.

Justin.tv CEO released a pathetic statement:

As for the broadcaster incident last night, we don’t comment on individual videos, however, our policy prohibits inappropriate content on Justin.tv. We rely on the community to flag videos that they feel are objectionable. Once a video is flagged, it is reviewed and quickly removed from the system if it violates our Terms of Use.

While it is disturbing that Biggs committed suicide online, I find it ten times more disturbing that no one did anything to help him until it was too late. What does it say about the viewers that they could encourage someone to take their life and then sit there for hours as a person slowly died. Am I the only person who still believes that you have a responsibility to help a stranger if you can.

Caylee Anthony Post 25 November

An attorney for Casey Anthony will fight a gag order in his client's case, saying it's in his client's best interest to be able to fight "false leads" being issued by the state and the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Jose Baez said he will fight the gag order at a hearing on Tuesday, and he issued subpoenas to several media members, including Local 6 News reporter Adam Longo, to testify about the publicity in the case.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the disappearance of her 3-year-old daughter Caylee, who was last seen in mid-June.

Baez said it it his right to respond to any leak.

"If we're not able to respond to false, misleading leads that are thrown out there, it would hurt our client's case," Baez said. "That's, quite frankly, the reason."

Baez said other motions would be heard on Tuesday and claimed that the state attorney's office has delayed handing over information about the case to him.

He also said that a Jan. 5 start date for the trial may not hold up, and he said he wasn't sure if videotapes of FBI interviews with Casey Anthony's parents -- George and Cindy Anthony -- would be admissible in court.

Meanwhile, George and Cindy Anthony spoke for the first time since their interviews with the FBI were released, saying they felt like they have been ambushed.

George and Cindy Anthony spoke after a prayer vigil was held Sunday night for Caylee, saying they did not know they were being videotaped and had no idea the FBI interviews were being released until they watched local TV news.

The Anthonys said this proves that investigators are not searching for Caylee but instead are continuing to build a case against Casey Anthony.

"That distinct odor, that's something you don't forget," George Anthony said in the FBI interview. "I believe something was placed in the back of that trunk. I don't want to believe it was my granddaughter."

George Anthony also said in the interview that his daughter had lied.

"Is my daughter not telling the truth? Yeah," George Anthony said. "She knows a lot more than what's going on. Has she just completely blanked this out or is she just trying to cover up something that might have went wrong? That's possible."

No Leads In Possible Sighting

The Anthonys said no one has come forward since a picture of a girl involved in a possible Caylee sighting was released on Friday.

The photo was taken inside the Florida Mall, but the person who took the picture has not been identified.

"We want to continue to get it out there. If she belongs to someone else, we want to know so we can rule it out," Anthony family spokeswoman Michelle Bart said.

Bounty Hunter Search

Celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla said he will return to Orlando in January to search for Caylee's remains. Padilla said he has been given $50,000 from someone who wants him to continue the search. Padilla said he will continue searching Blanchard Park in Orlando, where he believes Casey Anthony dumped her daughter's body.

If there is going to be a gag order it needs to apply to everyone. The prosecution shouldn't be allowed to leak information either because that information is going to get out to the jury pool. (Even though we know Casey is guilty of something or other.) And there needs to be a gag order because the family and defense is falling apart before the public eye.

And Cindy Anthony is always saying stuff that makes her seem like a b***h. I used to feel so sorry for her because Caylee was like her own daughter. She loved that baby and her daughter took her away. Who wouldn't feel sorry for someone who had gone through that. But she keeps talking and talking. Now it is hard to feel any symphathy for any of them but George. I don't think their marriage will stand the strain in the long run. The family doesn't seem to have a strong foundation.

And who in their right mind would give Leonard Padilla money to search. I want Caylee to be found just as much as the next person, but $50,000 could go a long way to help living children at the holidays. It wouldn't seem like such a waste if there was even a chance that they could find Caylee's body, but I think the gators have eaten her by now. And the only thing that Leonard Padilla is interested in finding is publicity.

Jodie Sweetin Splits From Husband

This is going to mess up her reality show (or more likely viewers will have to sit through many painful dating episodes.

Former Full House star and new mom Jodie Sweetin is splitting with her husband.

Sweetin, 26, filed papers Wednesday in Orange County, Calif., for legal separation from Cody Herpin, 31, whom the actress had once called a "blessing" who helped turn around her life after years of methamphetamine addiction. The couple became parents of daughter Zoie in April.

"I was dumbfounded," Herpin tells PEOPLE, adding that Sweetin left their home and took their 7-month-old girl. "Over this past month something has been different. I'm concerned about our daughter and I just want (Zoie) home."

Sweetin's agent, Stella Alex, says the actress is "absolutely clean" and that the couple have "come to this path in their life and she felt like this is the way she had to go. Jodie says it's unfortunate but it's just what has to happen right now. No more detail, only because she says she doesn't want to be disrespectful to him."

The pair were married in July 2007 and recently announced they were working on a reality show together.

According to the Superior Court papers, Sweetin seeks joint legal and physical custody of Zoie.

The actress lists the date of separation as Tuesday – the day before papers were filed – and cites as the cause the standard "irreconcilable differences." She also asks that Herpin pay the legal costs.

If I were Herpin I would be worried too if my former meth addict wife just walked out with my baby. I wonder what happened that she walked out one day and filed for divorce the very next day. At least she isn't talking bad about him...yet. But give it time, she has a tv show to promote. If I were Herpin and spiteful I wouldn't give permission for Zoie to be in the show. That would be the end of the show. What else does she have to offer on a reality show but that baby. Otherwise she is just another aging child star who used to have a problem with drugs.

Caylee Anthony Update 24 November

Casey Anthony stole cash out of her mother's purse, hacked into her bank account and went shopping with her credit cards, her father said.

Even her 2-year-old daughter's piggy bank wasn't safe.

Anthony raided Caylee Marie's change bank and nearly emptied a savings account established for her, George Anthony told an FBI agent during a videotaped law-enforcement interview this summer.

And if the young mother wasn't stealing money, she was borrowing it, her father said.

On Friday, the State Attorney's Office released the July 31 interview with George Anthony and an Aug. 7 session with his wife, Cindy. Much of the information they told investigators, in separate interviews, has been mentioned in previously released case documents.

George Anthony told an FBI agent he had a feeling that his 22-year-old daughter, who has since been charged with killing Caylee, wasn't really employed as an event planner at Universal Studios. The job was one of many lies she is accused of telling her family and law enforcement officials.

Even though Casey and Caylee lived with George and Cindy, who provided for them, Casey was always borrowing or stealing money, George Anthony said. He said he shared his doubts with his wife and daughter, but Casey always had an excuse for needing money.

Anthony said Caylee's savings account was up to $300 or $400 at one point. At the time of the interview, the balance was probably $5, he said.

Casey paid her several-hundred-dollar phone bill with her mother's money, somehow accessing her account information, the father said. He also recalled a time when he found out Casey owed one of her friends $400 or $500.

The family already had a history of financial problems.

George Anthony told investigators he fell for an e-mail scam promising him money in a foreign account.

He was unemployed at the time because of a knee injury and thought it would be a quick fix to their financial woes. Anthony told the agent he maxed out their MasterCard at $10,000 and that the family was about $30,000 in the hole. He still receives calls for unpaid bills.

"I should have known better; it was stupid," he said.

But Anthony didn't tell his wife about the scam.

"I did lie to my wife about that," Anthony divulged. Anthony said he told Cindy he lost the money gambling.

During another part of the interview, Anthony told investigators his daughter never graduated from high school and had tried to conceal her pregnancy from them. Since Caylee's disappearance in June and Casey's arrest a month later, the Anthonys also have learned their daughter brought men to the house when they weren't home.

Earlier this year, Casey stopped hanging out with her longtime friends and spent time with new ones her parents did not know.

Anthony, a former law-enforcement officer, again detailed the day he picked up his daughter's Pontiac from the wrecking yard and noticed a pungent odor that came from inside.

"I've smelled that odor before. It smelled like a decomposed body . . . You don't forget that odor."

Sheriff's investigators say evidence from the trunk proves it once held a decomposing body.

Casey Anthony faces a list of charges, including first-degree murder. She also has been accused of lying to law enforcement and stealing checks from a friend and then going on a spending spree.

She told authorities that she left Caylee with a nanny who cannot be found.

George Anthony told the FBI that Caylee never mentioned any nanny and didn't recognize the name Casey gave for the woman. Nor did the child recognize names of other people she supposedly spent time with.

Anthony said his daughter's stories weren't adding up, especially when he found out she stole gas cans from their home in June.

FBI Special Agent Scott Bolin asked Anthony what held him back if his instincts were telling him something was awry.

"My wife telling me to calm down; you're not a detective anymore," Anthony replied.

Asked whether he thought Casey is hiding something, Anthony said yes.

"It boils down to this, my daughter knows what's going on and she's not saying a word. It boils down to all that," he said. "We keep on going round and round . . . and it's frustrating."

This explains a lot. George was suspicious of Casey and Cindy talked him out of it. Cindy made excuses for Casey's behavior and so the girl never had to face the consequences. She probably thought she could get away with murder, look at all the deviant behavior she had gotten away with in the past.

And am I the only one who thinks that Casey's behavior sounds a lot like that of a drug addict.

Caylee Anthony Update 23 November

A photograph of a child resembling the 3-year-old girl taken at a west Florida mall was released on Friday, according to MyFOXOrlando.com.

The picture, reportedly snapped by a shopper at the mall, was given to D & A Investigations, a firm that is working with the Anthony family. It has also been turned over to Orange County sheriffs and the FBI.

D & A is asking anyone with any information on the potential sighting to call 1-888-231-5618 or email cayleetips@yahoo.com.

On Thursday, the lawyer for the tot's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, quit the job, saying only Caylee's imprisoned mother knows the truth about what happened.

Mark NeJame indicated that he was off the case because of disagreements with the Anthonys. Their daughter Casey Anthony is jailed on first-degree murder charges in Caylee's presumed death.

NeJame said there was little more he could do to help them in the search for the child.

The Anthonys issued a statement saying they respect NeJame's decision.

Casey Anthony is awaiting a January trial on first-degree murder, manslaughter and other charges. Her little girl disappeared in June, but her family didn't report her missing for about a month and her body has not been found.

Anthony said she left her daughter with a baby sitter, who has also never been located. Police believe she made the story up.

Caylee's grandparents continue to insist that their granddaughter is still alive.

This week both the prosecution and the defense released witness lists of those whose testimony they'll ask for at trial. The prosecution named more than 80 people, including George and Cindy Anthony and lead defense attorney Jose Baez. The defense listed only three witnesses, including a forensics expert and a criminal justice professor.

Casey Anthony has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter and four counts of lying to investigators about Caylee's disappearance.

Forensic tests released last month confirmed that hair linked to Caylee and found in the trunk of Anthony's Pontiac Sunfire came from a decomposing body. Other DNA evidence also suggests that a corpse was in the trunk.

I have said it before, there will be sightings. Little kids at the age look alike. And what kidnapper with any common sense would take one of the world's most famous missing kids to a mall. And not only a mall, but a mall in her home state. They might as well take her to hang out at the police station if they are taking her to malls. I hate to say it, but Caylee is dead and that mother of hers knows precisely where she is at.
