ailed mother Casey Anthony has filed a countersuit against a woman who says her reputation was ruined as a result of the high-profile disappearance of Anthony's daughter, Caylee.
Anthony countersued Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez of Kissimmee, who says she has never met Caylee's mother. Casey Anthony contends that Gonzalez brought a frivolous lawsuit against her when Gonzalez sued in September. The sole purpose, according to court documents, was to "harass and embarrass" Anthony. In addition, the lawsuit claims that Gonzalez's lawyer, John Morgan, is trying to generate publicity for his firm by filing the suit.
In her suit, Gonzalez claimed her reputation was ruined when Anthony said a woman with the same name, a nanny, took Caylee in June. Detectives have said they do not believe Anthony's story.
Anthony's countersuit says she was referring to a different Gonzalez who drives a different car and has fewer children than the Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez.
In other developments in the case, Orange County officials asked Leonard Padilla to not come out to the park this weekend to search for Caylee's body because it is expected to be crowded with soccer games and pavilion rentals. He's welcome to return Monday, they said.
Zenaida's has every right to sue Casey, nobody would know who she is if it weren't for Casey.
And even though most people believe the police when they say that she doesn't have Caylee, there probably are some people out there who believe the kidnap story. The frivolous part is thinking she'll ever see a dime. Casey is going to jail, if not for murder for somthing else. And it's not like she'll ever have a job with a paycheck even if she wasn't going to be a guest of the state.
And isn't it funny that the police are trying to keep Padilla away from the public. But as crazy as he is, at least he's polite. He wants to be in the press, but he isn't going to ruin somebody else's weekend out.

A marquee name joined the growing cast of characters in the missing-child Caylee Marie Anthony case Friday when a star forensic expert arrived to help defense lawyers.
Criminalist Henry Lee spent the day at the Orange County Sheriff's Office peering at evidence from a white Pontiac Sunfire driven by Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony.
The 22-year-old single parent is charged with murder in Caylee's disappearance, and investigators think the girl's body -- which has not been found -- was in the trunk.
Lee was a key defense expert during the O.J. Simpson trial in 1995. His testimony on how Los Angeles police handled blood evidence helped win Simpson's acquittal.
Lee's visit was the latest in a train of high-profile events in the Caylee case, which launched July 16 when grandmother Cindy Anthony reported her missing.
Defense-team spokesman Todd Black gave few details on how Lee became involved, but did say the expert will be around for some time.
"It's not a one-shot deal. Dr. Lee is contracted for the life of the case," Black said.
Who is Henry Lee?
The Connecticut-based criminalist's resume includes work on the cases of JonBenet Ramsey and Laci Peterson. Lee has decades of experience and hundreds of murder cases under his belt and is known for charisma on the stand and ability to explain complex science in a way that juries understand.
What did he do Friday?
He inspected the car's interior, including the trunk. He looked at car-carpet samples and a tire cover, said Orange sheriff's spokesman Capt. Angelo Nieves.
Why do investigators think Caylee was in the car?
Casey Anthony's parents said the Pontiac smelled like a dead body had been inside. Casey's father, George, told investigators the stench was so horrible that he could not breathe while he was inside the car. A cadaver dog, trained specifically to seek out the smell of human decomposition, hit on the trunk of the car.
What evidence was in the trunk?
A stain in the trunk sparked interest of authorities early on. Investigators have given few details about the stain, but George Anthony described it as about the size of a basketball, according to documents.
Residue of chloroform was on a tire cover in the trunk, according to reports released to the public this month. A research scientist noted in a report to the Sheriff's Office that the chemicals found in the air from the trunk were consistent with human decomposition.
Casey Anthony is expected in court at 9 a.m. Dec. 11 for a pretrial conference. The judge is also expected to rule on motions regarding a check-fraud case against her.
First a new spokesman, now this. If they aren't making deals, where is the money coming from? George said it himself, Caylee lied when she told Jose Baez that she could pay him. So how are they paying this huge legal team. You know that Henry Lee doesn't need the press, so he probably isn't volunteering. I think they fired the last spokesman to cover up their involvement in accepting money for photos and their story. It's going to come out sooner or later.
