The prolific Duggar family is expanding again -- but this time, Michelle Duggar's uterus is getting a break. Oldest son Joshua Duggar and wife Anna are expecting their first child, they announced on the Today show Monday. The family's TLC show, "18 Kids and Counting" will follow the pregnancy. She's due October 12.
Joshua, 21, and Anna, 20, married in September. "I am very excited and am learning new ways every day that I can be there for my wife," Joshua Duggar tells People. "I thought that she would be the only one going through the emotions of pregnancy, but I'm right there with her."
"We are really excited about being grandparents," Jim Bob Duggar says. "We think it is really going to be easier than being parents."
Big question: Are they going to follow the family's convention and give their children a name starting with the same letter? "Discussions are underway," Joshua Duggar says. "We are planning on a name theme, but we are not sure what it will be."
Like we didn't see this coming? I'm just wondering what took them so long.Wonder when Michelle is going to pop another one out. That would really drive up ratings.
