Casey Anthony's defense lawyer plans to question a jail employee who was with his client in December when she learned a child's remains were found a few blocks away from her home.
Attorney Jose Baez filed a notice in court stating he plans to depose Orange County Corrections Lt. Tammy Unser on May 5.
When the remains -- later determined to be Anthony's daughter Caylee Marie -- were uncovered Dec. 11, Anthony watched a news report in the jail clinic.
Unser told detectives Anthony requested a sedative, breathed rapidly and spoke fast, but didn't cry. Anthony talked about football.
Unser said she saw Anthony "break down" and cry when her lawyer arrived.
Baez also stated in his notice that he will depose Orange County sheriff's deputy Phillip Graves on May 5.
