Rebecca Romijn and Jerry O'Connell's twin girls were born December 28. The girls are called Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip. Dolly and Charlie, the names are what you would expect from Jerry O'Connell. They are kind of kirky, but not too unusual.
