Taylor Momsen Caught Smoking

When Taylor Momsen changed her image everybody defended her saying it was for the show. But now 15 year old Momsen has been caught smoking at a cast party. I don't know very many 15 year old girls that smoke. Boys, yeah. Girls, no. Where are her parents? Or better yet, where is her publicist whose job it is to keep her from being photographed doing stupid crap? Because last time I checked smoking was a dangerous habit.
