For some odd reason this reminds me of the stadium they used for the Quiddick World Cup in Harry Potter. Not from the movie, but the one I imagined while reading the book.
The cool thing is that after the games the top of the building can be sold to the next city hosting the Olympics, packed, shipped, and reassembled at the next city. Even the Olympics are trying to go green.
