10 Year Gives Birth

A ten year old gave birth last week after being raped by a 37 year old illegal. Police were notified when she went in for medical care the day before giving birth. But this isn't the first time this has happened. In November an Ohio ten year gave birth to a baby by her mother's 40 year old boyfriend, not an illegal. And while they were trying to establish paternity the mother violated an order to keep all adult males away from her daughter until paternity was established. She had the boyfriend back in the home. What was she thinking? And nobody called authorities in either case until the children went to the hospital to give birth. Relatives, teachers, friends' parents, nobody called the police or child protective services.
