Graco SweetPeace

Baby swings have come a long way from the A-frame swing that I bought almost fifteen years ago. It sounded like a grandfather clock, and always looked like the boy would tip over in it. The Graco SweetPeace Newborn Soothing Center is unlike any swing before it. The SweetPeace connects to the motor at the bottom side. The seat can be detached and used as a carrier or rocker. Any Graco car seat can be used with it. There are six speeds and it reclines to three different positions. And there is an AC adaptor, so when all those D batteries go dead, there is still hope for a calm baby. I had to hand crank my oldest son's swing. And no tools are needed to assemble the swing, because who has time to find a screwdriver when they have a crying new baby. And you can plug your MP3 player into it, because lullabies get old real quick. $169.99 Available from: Baby Supermarket, BabyAge, Target, and Right Start.
