Favorite Posts of 2008 - My Dream Nursery Inspiration Board

Top Row: Purr BabyC cradle, Baby Miro Modo Crib, Nurseryworks Empire Rocker, and Poldo Como chest (for a changing table).
Second Row: Bror mini sideboard, Hexalux A light fixture, Graco SweetPeace, and Ikea wood flooring.
Third Row: Vipp six gallon waste bin, granny square crochet coverlet (will beg my mother and grandmother to make one in cashmere), Bloom Coco baby lounger, and Philippe Starck mini chair.
Bottom Row: Dwell Studio for Target receiving blankets, Bobo Sperlein fairy lights, Petitcollin Doll Lamps (I know they're strange but I love them), and Trumpette bouncy cow.
I know that I can't have it all, but a girl can dream. If I only I didn't have to start writing alarmingly large checks to an university in a few years.

Closet Nursery Inspiration Board

What do you do if you have to stick your baby in 5ft x 8ft closet? You can still have a stylish nursery. Splurge on the chair, it can be used at your desk. Just wheel it to the closet when you need it. The bedding is among the best I have seen. After all babies like small spaces.
  1. Leander Crib
  2. ISO50 Skyway print (just $17)
  3. Herman Miller Aeron Chair
  4. Itso Storage from Target
  5. Carlos Night Light by Kathleen Walsh
  6. Plastisock Circus Animal Bedding (about $80, that less expensive than most bedding at big box stores)

Green Nursery Inspiration Board

Celery Furniture Crib, Vintage Credenza (a vintage storage piece is a great green way to get storage and a changing table), Organic Matress, High Desert Naturals organic cotton bedding, Organic Cotton gift set, Green To Grow BPA free bottle, Spot On Square wall hanging, and Natursutten natural rubber pacifier.

Wondering what to put on the walls...try old-fashioned milk paint. There is now milk paint designed to go on interior walls. It's organic, non polluting, and biodegradable. The website has information on how to blend your own colors.
