New documents were released Tuesday by the State Attorney's Office in the Casey Anthony murder case.
Among them is a secretely-taped conversation between Lee Anthony and Casey's former boyfriend, Tony Lazzaro.
Lazzaro met with Lee at a Winter Park Subway restaurant last July in a car specifically outfitted by investigators.
Lee told Lazzaro his family was worried that investigators were more concerned with building a case against Casey than with finding Caylee.
"They put innocent people away all the time," Lee says. "I just feel like I need to be doing more to make sure that that doesn't happen to my sister."
Lee was adamant that Casey wouldn't hurt Caylee intentionally.
"It's not Casey's nature," Lee says. "It's not something that she would do.. that she would knowingly do."
Lee speculates about Casey's former fiancee, Jesse Grund.
"Does he know what's going on? Is he jealous?" Lee questions
Lee says he talks to Jesse every day, and he's worried about some of the things he says.
"It's just some of the stuff that he tells me and some of the stuff that he doesn't tell me," he says. "[It]just kind of it rubs me the wrong way."
The documents also include an interview with a corrections officer at the Orange County Women's Jail. On December 11, 2008 Lt. Tammy Uncer was with Casey Anthony when she found out a child's remains had been found near the Anthony home.
Uncer told investigators she walked Casey to the jail infirmary so she could see news coverage.
"She collapsed into the chair and began to... hyperventilate," Uncer said.
Casey was given a sedative and then asked Uncer to sit with her while she waited for her lawyer.
Uncer said Casey was breathing rapidly, talking really fast, and her palms were sweating. She said Casey didn't believe what was happening was real and then started to talk about college football.
"She[Casey] started talking about the National Championship," Uncer says.
Defense attorney Jose Baez has filed a motion to keep video of this incident from going public.
Let me play devil's advocate, and remember I think Casey is guilty as sin. Wouldn't any mother freak out if their child was missing and a child's body was found near their home. I sat on curb crying when my oldest son's school lost him. I think that this could be a normal reaction.
