Man Fatally Stabs Sister, Decapitates 5-Year-Old On Birthday
Kerby Revelus stabbed his 17 year old sister, Samantha. Nine year old siter Serafina called 911 .After police arrived he decapitated his 5year old sister, Bianca in front of a Milton, Massachusetts police officer.It was her birthday. When he tried to murder the 9 year old, the police shot and killed the 23 year old.
The family's grandmother was in the basement doing laundry.
